You can check the size marking on the inside wall of the ring cover to confirm which version you received.

If you purchased a cover for Oura Ring size 6 or size 7, the inner wall may be marked with “7”. This is intentional. We use the size 7 cover as the shared version for both size 6 and size 7 to reduce packing confusion and improve order accuracy.

Usage Note

Because this product uses an electroplated TPU finish, slight fading or surface wear may occur over time, especially with frequent friction, workouts, handwashing, lotions, or daily use. This is normal for this type of finish.

For best results, remove the cover occasionally and clean both the ring and cover gently.

Yes. This TPU cover is designed for Oura Ring Gen 4 and Gen 3.

Does this fit Oura Ring Ceramic?

Ceramic Oura Ring models are slightly thicker than standard versions. If you would like to use this cover, choosing one size larger may work better.

For example, we have tested some sizes where a Size 9 Oura Ring Ceramic fits better with a Size 10 ring cover.

Because ceramic sizing can vary by fit preference, we recommend choosing based on how snug or loose you prefer the cover to feel.

Can I wear it while using my Oura Ring?

Yes. The slim design keeps the sensor area exposed so the ring can remain functional during normal use.

Will the metallic finish fade?

Some fading or surface wear may happen over time because this is an electroplated TPU surface. The amount of wear depends on friction, activity level, and daily habits.

Is the Oura Ring included?

No. This listing includes TPU protective covers only. The Oura Ring is not included.
